To improve technical assistance for commonly cited Minimum Standards, Child Care Regulation (CCR) is developing a series of forms that may be used to improve compliance.

Effective Dec. 18, Child Care Regulation is adding a “Transfer Date” field on the “Agency Home Change Request” page of the CCR Account for child-placing agencies.

CCR uses feedback during the informal comment period to determine what (if any) changes need to be made before the rules are proposed and published in the Texas Register for formal public comment.
