To improve technical assistance for commonly cited Minimum Standards, Child Care Regulation (CCR) is developing a series of forms that may be used to improve compliance. While use of these forms is voluntary, the forms are designed to meet all aspects of minimum standards when used accurately and completely.
The first series of forms available are medication logs for GROs and CPAs:
- Form 2993, General Residential Operations Medication Log
- Form 2994, Child Placing Agency (CPA) Medication Log
CCR will notify you as additional forms become available.
