Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS)

What are Day Activity and Health Services?

Licensed Day Activity and Health Services (DAHS) facilities provide services in the DAHS program on a daily and regular basis to four or more people who are not related by blood, marriage or adoption to the owner of the facility. DAHS services include health, social and related support services. DAHS facilities were previously called adult day care centers.

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission contracts with a company called Granicus to provide email updates through a system called GovDelivery.
