The Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) Individualized Professional Development Plan (IPDP) Credentialing module is a streamlined and self-paced process for certifying an EIS employed by Texas ECI contractors. The Service Responsibility Option is an additional option of consumer direction. SRO lets consumers select, train and manage most of the day-to-day activities of their attendants, such as when they work and how they perform their duties. The provider agency of the participant's choosing remains the employer of record and handles all of the personnel and business details
