Grantees must continue to serve their existing clients for the duration of the budget year Sept. 1 through Aug. 31, regardless if all awarded funds have been expended.
If other funding sources are used to provide services offered through FPP, the funds must be reported as non-HHSC funds on the monthly Form 4116, Authorization for Expenditures (PDF), and the quarterly Financial Status Report (FSR) Form 269A.
