Biennially, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission presents a report to the public about the provision of services at state supported living centers.

The annual Kidney Health Care Program Report provides a description of benefits to eligible clients with end-stage renal disease and a discussion of expenditures and drug manufacturers rebates in fiscal year 2024.

As required by Section 31.015(d) of the Health and Safety Code, this report contains the number of clients receiving care in the Primary Health Care program, the total cost of the program, the average cost per client, the number of clients served per public health region, and any further information required by the Executive Commissioner.

The report clearly identifies the unit cost of each service, other than services related to community service volunteering and subsidized employment services, provided by an area agency on aging.
