Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency Reporting (Quarter 7) – Senate Bill 809 and Rider 143. The 87th Texas Legislature directed the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to report federal COVID-19 funding from specific healthcare institutions and certain costs those providers have spent related to the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE).

This report presents information regarding health care institutions that received federal money during the coronavirus disease public health emergency.
As required by Section 31.015(d) of the Health and Safety Code, this report contains the number of clients receiving care in the Primary Health Care program, the total cost of the program, the average cost per client, the number of clients served per public health region, and any further information required by the Executive Commissioner.
