In accordance with the federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 and the American Rescue Plan Act, 2021, Texas was awarded a combined total of $203.4 million in Mental Health Services Block Grant supplemental funds and an additional $252.8 million in Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant supplemental funds.
