The Legislature directed HHSC to design and implement an acute care and long tern services and supports system for individuals with an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD). The 2019 annual report on the implementation of the IDD system redesign was coordinated between HHSC and the IDD System Redesign Advisory Committee.

This report describes the amount of general revenue used by local mental health authorities in fiscal year 2019 to draw down additional federal funds through the 1115 Texas Medicaid Transformation Waiver.

 Provides an update on the 1115 Demonstration Waiver programs, including Uncompensated Care (UC) and Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.

This report documents the number of youth formerly in foster care who do not renew their Medicaid and therefore do not maintain continuous health coverage until age 26 and includes recommendations to improve the rate of youth formerly in foster care who maintain continuous health care coverage.

This report identifies the unit cost of each service, other than services related to community service volunteering and subsidized employment services, provided by an area agency on aging, as required by the Human Resources Code, Section 101A.107.

This report represents the considered input and views of the Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Advisory Council. The information contained in this document was discussed and voted upon at regularly scheduled meetings in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
