The Aging Texas Well Strategic Plan for the 2022-2023 biennium is submitted in accordance with Executive Order RP-42 (Appendix A). The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is designated to administer the Title XX Social Services Block Grant for Texas and is the lead grantee agency serving as the coordinator of funds appropriated from the federal government to various state agencies.
