Through this report, HHSC fulfills the mandate to develop a long-range plan containing information and recommendations regarding the most efficient long-term use and management of these facilities, operated by HHSC, as required in the Texas Health and Safety Code (HSC), Title 7, Section 533a.032(c), Long Range Planning.
