Biennially, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission presents a report to the public about the provision of services at state supported living centers.

This report includes information and findings relating to the problems and concerns of residents and recommendations to solve the problems, resolve the concerns, and improve the quality of the residents’ care and lives.

This report documents the results of the annual statewide assessment of the language acquisition of deaf and hard of hearing students from birth through age 8.
