Reports and Presentations

The annual report of the HHS Ombudsman provides information about each ombudsman program including data on complaints received and investigated, a description of trends or systemic issues uncovered during the investigation of complaints, and recommendations to address challenges.

A legislative report is annually submitted by the PANS Advisory Council to the Legislature and Governor for recommendations, education, and outreach concerning pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome.

The Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome Advisory Council developed the 2022 Legislative Report, as required by House Bill 2783 (2019).
