Filing an Interpreter Complaint with BEI

To file a complaint against an interpreter certified by Texas Health and Human Services (HHS), Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS), complete Form 3950: BEI General Complaints and return it to DHHS within 90 days of the incident.

Instead of using the general complaint form, you can file a complaint by letter, email, fax, or a digital device such as a USB stick or thumb drive.
