HHSC has published in the Texas Register proposed rule changes in Title 1, Chapter 351, Coordinated Planning and Delivery of Health and Human Services, that will affect alternative Administrator Licenses for military members, spouses and veterans. The proposed rules support Senate Bill 422, 88th Legislature, Regular Session, 2023.
