HHSC Adopts New Child Care Rules in Title 26, Chapter 745, Subchapter J

HHSC adopted new rules in Title 26, Chapter 745, Subchapter J, to replace repealed rules in that same subchapter. The rules concern waivers and variances for minimum standards.

The rules are effective Oct. 16, 2023.

  • A highlighted copy of the October 2023 Changes for Title 26, Chapter 745, Subchapter J.
  • A copy of the repealed rules from Title 26, Chapter 745, Subchapter J, to enable providers and the public to compare more easily new and repealed rules.
