HHSC is accepting comments from stakeholders on the following proposed rules, which are now posted in the Texas Register. The comment period ends Oct. 3.

• Texas Administrative Code,
  • Title 40, Part 1, repeal of Chapter 45, Community Living Assistance and Support Services and Community First Choice Services
  • Title 26, Part 1, new Chapter 259, Community Living Assistance and Support Services Program and Community First Choice Services
