Texas Medication Aides Curriculum

The Nursing Facility Administrator Licensing Branch (512-438-2025) develops educational, training and testing curricula. The course links listed below provide both student and instructor a manual for the Texas Medication Aides Basic Course Curriculum.

Activities provided in this course are optional for instructors. The game used for Activity #4 offers hard copies in the Appendix or an electronic interactive version. The electronic version requires an LCD projector, a computer with access to PowerPoint and speakers set up in the classroom for functionality. Instructors use the same password to access the game file (Activity #4) as they use for access to the course Instructor Version PDF file.
