Interview customers and verify information to establish eligibility for different financial and medical programs including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid for the Elderly and People with Disabilities and Medicaid.

Texas Works Clerk

Work primarily with customers who require financial assistance to maintain a healthy and safe standard of living while working to achieve self-sufficiency. Assist customers and verify information to establish eligibility for different financial and medical programs including the Special Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Medicaid.
