HHS offers a variety of resources for families and persons experiencing mental health or substance use issues.

The Repatriation Program provides temporary assistance, in the form of a loan, to qualified U.S. citizens and their dependents who experience unexpected and unavoidable problems abroad and helps them resume their lives in the United States.
