STAR Kids is a Texas Medicaid managed care program that provides Medicaid benefits to children and adults 20 and younger who have disabilities.

The STAR+PLUS program provides basic health care services, such as doctor visits, and long-term services and supports, such as helping in your home with daily activities, home modifications, respite (short-term supervision) and personal assistance.
