Participating in a Texercise program can help you improve your health and make social connections.

Texercise Classic

Texercise Classic is a free 12-week fitness program with classes held once a week for 12-weeks with participants engaging in regular physical activity.

Texercise Select

The first weekly session focuses on a fitness topic and the second weekly session focuses on a nutrition topic. Beginning in the second week the program incorporates at least 30-minutes of Texercise exercises.
