This report is due on November 1 of each even-numbered year to inform the public of the work of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (Ombudsman Program) on behalf of residents. The report includes information and findings relating to the problems and concerns of residents and recommendations to solve the problems, resolve the concerns, and improve the quality of the residents’ care and lives.
