Behavioral Health Advisory Committee - Fiscal Year 2020 - Annual Report

The Behavioral Health Advisory Committee was established in accordance with the State’s obligation under 42 U.S.C. §300x-31 and is governed by Texas Administrative Code, Section 351.807.2 The BHAC is required to make recommendations to the Health and Human Services Commission concerning the allocation and adequacy of mental health and substance use disorder services and programs within Texas.
