This report contains information pertaining to our regulation of nursing facilities and other long-term care providers. This report is a requirement of Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 242, §242.005.

As required by Section 31.015(d) of the Health and Safety Code, this report contains the number of clients receiving care in the Primary Health Care (PHC) program, the total cost of the program, the average cost per client, the number of clients served per public health region, and any further information required by the Executive Commissioner.
