HHSC shall submit the report to the Legislative Budget Board, Office of the Governor, Senate Finance Committee, House Appropriations Committee, and permanent committees in the Senate and House of Representatives with jurisdiction over Health and Human Services by October 1 each fiscal year for the previous fiscal year.
