 Provides an update on the 1115 Demonstration Waiver programs, including Uncompensated Care (UC) and Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program.

The Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is independent within the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC). Long-term care ombudsmen regularly visit nursing and assisted living facilities to advocate for residents. This report describes ombudsman services in nursing and assisted living facilities in state fiscal years 2017-18, including recommendations to ensure the highest quality of life and care for residents.

The report includes the prescription drug rebate outstanding principal and interest amounts, age of receivables, annual collection rates, billed amounts, dollar value of pricing and utilization adjustments, and dollars collected. This report includes a separate prescription drug rebate collection report for each managed care and fee-for-service rebate program.

The Fact Book provides key statistics on HHS budget requests for SFYs 2020-2021, historical and prospective demographic data for Texas as well as National and statewide comparisons with Texas, and programmatic information outlining key data for certain health and human services program benefits.

The Texas Women’s Health Programs Report Fiscal Year 2018 provides a summary of program enrollment, service utilization, and cost savings for the Healthy Texas Women and Family Planning programs. Click here for the report appendices.
