The 2024 Thriving Texas Families (TTF) report includes: an introduction to the HHSC TTF program, the total number of TTF providers, total number of unduplicated clients served by each provider, a description of TTF outreach efforts by providers and HHSC, total expenditures by method of finance, total contract amounts by provider, and outcome measures included in contracts with providers.

This report details the total value and uses of COVID-19-related Federal Funds, including Provider Relief Funds, provided directly to nursing facilities and hospitals contracting with HHSC since the beginning of the public health emergency The report also includes any temporary rate increases provided to nursing facilities related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Any facilities that do not provide information requested by the commission necessary to complete the report are identified in the report.

As required by Section 31.015(d) of the Health and Safety Code, this report contains the number of clients receiving care in the Primary Health Care program, the total cost of the program, the average cost per client, the number of clients served per public health region, and any further information required by the Executive Commissioner.

The report provides an update on measures taken by HHSC to administer the Rural Hospital Grant Program that targets improving financial stabilization, maternal care operations, and Alternative Payment Model readiness of rural hospitals in Texas.

Annual evaluation and report on the Prescription Drug Rebate Program for health benefit programs administered by the Health and Human Services System: Texas Medicaid Program, Children's Health Insurance Program, Kidney Health Care Program, Children with Special Health Care Needs Services Program, and the Healthy Texas Women Program. 

Medically Dependent Children Program Monitoring Report is a legislatively required report containing, for the most recent state fiscal quarter, information and data related to access to care for Medicaid recipients receiving benefits under the Medically Dependent Children Program waiver program.

This report provides information on fiscal years 2022 and 2023 HHSC Family Violence Program expenditures and highlights HHSC-funded grantee successes in providing family violence services to positively impact the health and well-being of family violence survivors and their children.
