Texas statute requires an annual report on the activities of the Mental Health Program for Veterans. This report describes the program's activities for fiscal year 2020.

This annual report builds on the previous annual report, submitted in December 2019, which provided outcomes related to transitioning children and young adults enrolled in the Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP) into the STAR Kids capitated managed care program.

To fulfill Rider 38, HHSC has analyzed Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program (DSRIP) data for demonstration years 7-8 and reported on outcomes achieved by DSRIP performing providers.

Annual contractor compliance report that provides updates regarding contract compliance and monitoring. The attached report details contract awards and monitoring activities conducted by program staff between October 1, 2019 and September 30, 2020.

The 2020 Alternatives to Abortion Report includes: an introduction to the HHSC A2A program, the total number of A2A providers, total number of unduplicated clients served by each provider, a description of A2A outreach efforts by providers and HHSC, total expenditures by method of financing, total contract amounts by provider, and outcome measures included in contracts with providers.

This report addresses requirements in Health and Safety Code §614.013 and §614.017. Health and Safety Code §614.013 and §614.017 requires HHSC to submit a report to the Legislative Budget Board no later than September 1 of each fiscal year its efforts to facilitate the exchange of information between agencies. The report must include but is not limited to: the manner in which information is exchanged between agencies, the frequency with which information is exchanged, the type of information most frequently exchanged, and the agencies most frequently involved in the exchange of information.

The annual Children with Special Health Care Needs Client Services Data Report provides caseload data, prescription drug data and forecast projections for the Children with Special Health Care Needs Services Program.

This report provides information on fiscal year 2020 HHSC Children’s Advocacy Program expenditures and highlights the successes of HHSC-funded contractors in providing children advocacy services to positively impact the health and well-being of children in Texas.

Children with Special Health Care Needs Client Demographics Report provides a demographic description of the population served by the program and of those individuals on the program’s waitlist.
