State Services for the Aging: Unit Cost for Services Report 2023

The 28 area agencies on aging (AAAs) submit quarterly performance reports that provide data on the units and costs of each service and activity they provide. This report compiles state fiscal year 2022 performance data through completion of the 2022 closeout reconciliation and provides an accurate representation of the cost of each service.

End of Continuous Medicaid Coverage Dashboard

Texas began planning for the unwinding of continuous Medicaid coverage in the summer of 2020. HHSC employed a proactive, multi-pronged communications campaign to inform recipients, health care providers, advocates, and other stakeholders about its plan to unwind continuous Medicaid coverage.

State Hospital Forensic Waitlist Report FY 2023

Out of funds appropriated above, HHSC shall prepare a report on the census at each mental health state hospital with a breakdown of civil, forensic, and maximum-security patients. HHSC shall submit the report to the Legislative Budget Board, Office of the Governor, Senate Finance Committee, House Appropriations Committee, and permanent committees in the Senate and House of Representatives with jurisdiction over health and human services by October 1 of each fiscal year for the previous fiscal year.

Health and Human Services System Report on Interagency Contracts

The report on interagency contracts exceeding $10 million for fiscal year (FY) 23 is an annual report that must be posted to the agency's website no later than September 30th (required by Article IX, Section 17.12 of the 2022-2023 General Appropriations Act).

2024 SSBG Pre-Expenditure Report and Intended Use Plan

Title XX Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) funds are appropriated by the Texas Legislature and Governor to Texas state agencies to help meet specified social service needs for defined low income and at-risk populations.

Energy Savings Program, RP-49 FY 2023 Q3 Report

Each state agency shall develop a plan for conserving energy and shall set a percentage goal for reducing its usage of electricity, gasoline, and natural gas. Each state agency shall submit the energy conservation plan to the Office of the Governor and the Legislative Budget Board no later than December 1, 2005. Each state agency shall report back to the Office of the Governor and the Legislative Budget Board with goals achieved, and ideas for additional savings on a quarterly basis. The first quarterly report shall be due no later than April 1, 2006.

End of Continuous Medicaid Coverage September 2023 Monthly Enrollment Report to CMS

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requires states to report on specific metrics designed to demonstrate states' progress towards restoring timely application processing and initiating and completing renewals of eligibility for all Medicaid and CHIP enrollees as Continuous Medicaid Coverage ends.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum Strategic Plan, FY 2023-2027

As required by Section 32.047 of the Health and Safety Code, this report contains a five-year strategic plan to improve the diagnosis and treatment of and raise public awareness of hyperemesis gravidarum (HG). This strategic plan provides strategies to increase public awareness and improve the diagnosis and treatment of HG.
