A review of restraints used in Home and Community-based Services (HCS), Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID), and State Supported Living Centers (SSLC) is provided for fiscal year 2017 and trends from 2013 through 2017 are examined.

S.B. 7 requires the Health and Human Services Commission to evaluate outcomes related to transitioning children and young adults enrolled in the Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP) into the STAR Kids capitated managed care program.
