The Ernst & Young Phase IV Evaluation Report outlines the continuous improvement initiatives that have been implemented since 2018 in response to a significant increase in the number and complexity of procurements and contracts. The Interoperability for Texas: Powering Health 2020 report provides an in-depth overview of interoperability enhancements within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies. The report outlines policy changes and builds upon plans previously discussed in the Interoperability for Texas: Powering Health 2018 report. Progress regarding interoperability of information technology systems continues to expand the exchange of electronic health information within Texas.
