Child Safety Data for Licensed Day-care Centers - Dec. 2020

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in collaboration with the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) and using existing resources, are to collect, compile, and publish on HHSC's website certain data aggregated on reported incidents in licensed day-care centers that threatened or impaired the basic health, safety, or welfare of a child.

Annual Report on Forensic Services in State Supported Living Centers - Fiscal Year 2023

Annual report that presents data on alleged offender resident commitments to SSLCs, including the alleged offense, location of committing court, previous involvement with TJJD or DFPS, and if the person is currently receiving mental health services or previously received any services under a Section 1915(c) waiver program.
