The 2021 annual Children with Special Health Care Needs Client Demographics Report provides a demographic description of both the population served by the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) program and of the individuals on the program’s waiting list.

This report describes HHSC Value-Based Care Strategy Background, Managed Care Value-Based Payments Programs, the 1115 Healthcare Transformation Waiver, specifically the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program, The Directed-Payment Programs, Trends in Key Quality Measures, HIV Viral Suppression and the number of individuals who relocated to a community setting.

The Aging Texas Well Strategic Plan for the 2022-2023 biennium is submitted in accordance with Executive Order RP-42 (Appendix A). The executive order established key mandates to direct the ATW initiative and state leaders on policy planning for older Texans. 

The report presents the work of the Ombudsman for Children and Youth in Foster Care for FY2021.

Article 46B.090(n) requires HHSC’s executive commissioner to submit a report concerning the jail-based competency restoration pilot program, including information collected and an evaluation of the outcome of the program.

This report is issued by the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to describe the program's activities, including complaint resolution on behalf of nursing and assisted living facility residents. It contains recommendations from the office regarding the rights, care and other issues related to residents.

Report provides legislative and non-legislative recommendations of the Texas Brain Injury Advisory Council. This report was prepared by members of the Texas Brain Injury Advisory Council. 

The Internal Audit Annual Report provides a summary of its 2021 activities which complies with the guidelines set forth by the State Auditor’s Office.

The Mental Health Condition and Substance Use Disorder (MHCSUD) Parity Work Group is required to submit a progress report each even-numbered year on September 1st to the appropriate legislative committees and state agencies. 

The report clearly identifies the unit cost of each service, other than services related to community service volunteering and subsidized employment services, provided by an area agency on aging.
