This report addresses requirements in Health and Safety Code §614.013 and §614.017. Health and Safety Code §614.013 and §614.017 requires HHSC to submit a report to the Legislative Budget Board no later than September 1 of each fiscal year its efforts to facilitate the exchange of information between agencies.
