Legislature directed HHSC to design and implement an acute care and long term services and supports system for individuals with an intellectual and developmental disability.

In August 2020, HHSC and DSHS released the Postpartum Depression Strategic Plan, required by Section 32.046, Texas Health and Safety Code. This update reviews activities completed in fiscal year 2021 and future activities.

The eleventh quarterly report with analysis of selected data related to pediatric acute care therapy services (including physical, occupational, and speech therapies) and assessment of impact on access to care.

The Promoting Independence Plan reports on the status of the implementation of a plan to ensure appropriate care settings for persons with disabilities, and the provision of a system of services and supports that foster independence and productivity, including meaningful opportunities for a person with a disability to live in the most appropriate care setting.
