Aging Texas Well Strategic Plan - (2024-2025)

The Aging Texas Well Strategic Plan for 2024-2025 identifies the issues that older adults, informal caregivers, and aging services providers identified as top priorities impacting older adults; the strategies HHSC, other state agencies, service providers and other community partners developed to address these priorities; and progress towards implementing these strategies.

Energy, Water, and Vehicle Fuel Conservation Quarterly Report - April 2023

Per RP-49, each state agency shall develop a plan for conserving energy and shall set a percentage goal for reducing its usage of electricity, gasoline, and natural gas. 

Aging Texas Well Strategic Plan - (2022 - 2023)

Report on the Mental Health First Aid Program - Fiscal Year 2021

MHFA is an evidence-based curriculum used to teach individuals how to help someone who may be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Health and Safety Code, Section 1001.205(b) requires HHSC to report data on the number of persons trained in MHFA and a detailed accounting of expenditures.

Intellectual and Developmental Disability and Behavioral Health Services - Fiscal Year 2021

This is the first annual report for the Intellectual and Developmental Disability and Behavioral Health Services Department highlighting its many accomplishments in fiscal year 2020.

Revised Texas Promoting Independence Plan - 2020

The Promoting Independence Plan reports on the status of the implementation of a plan to ensure appropriate care settings for persons with disabilities, and the provision of a system of services and supports that foster independence and productivity, including meaningful opportunities for a person with a disability to live in the most appropriate care setting.

Final Long-Term Care Plan for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions - (2020-2021)

Statute requires an adjusted final biennial plan on capacity following legislative action on appropriations for long-term care services for persons with an intellectual disability.
