Office of the State Long-term Care Ombudsman: Ombudsman Annual Report - State Fiscal Year 2020

This report is issued by the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to describe the program's activities, including complaint resolution on behalf of nursing and assisted living facility residents. Long-Term Action Plan to Prevent Veteran Suicides - 2021
