This annual report to HHSC Executive Commissioner authored by the STAR Kids Advisory Committee outlines identified issues and recommendations for improvements to the STAR Kids Medicaid managed care program.

S.B. 7 requires the Health and Human Services Commission to evaluate outcomes related to transitioning children and young adults enrolled in the Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP) into the STAR Kids capitated managed care program.
