The Statewide Behavioral Health Strategic Plan Progress Report for Fiscal Year 2023 is prepared by the Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinating Council and discusses fiscal year 2023 progress and successes related to implementation of the Statewide Behavioral Health Strategic Plan.
The annual FY23 Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Client Demographics Report (Rider 75a) details the demographics of clients served and people on the CSHCN Services Program wait list.

Legislature directed HHSC to design and implement an acute care and long term services and supports system for individuals with an intellectual and developmental disability.
The Aging Texas Well Strategic Plan for 2024-2025 identifies the issues that older adults, informal caregivers, and aging services providers identified as top priorities impacting older adults; the strategies HHSC, other state agencies, service providers and other community partners developed to address these priorities; and progress towards implementing these strategies.
Out of funds appropriated above, HHSC shall prepare a report on the census at each mental health state hospital with a breakdown of civil, forensic, and maximum-security patients.
