Texas Nurse-Family Partnership Statewide Grant Program Evaluation Report - Fiscal Year 2024
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is required to submit an annual report on the Texas Nurse-Family Partnership Program as required under the Texas Human Resources Code Section 137.107. The report includes legislatively required information as well as program descriptions, funding, and provider information.
Promoting Independence Plan 2024
Promoting Independence Plan (PIP) reports the efforts HHSC has made and will continue making towards promoting independence for people with disabilities.
Medicaid Behavioral Health in-lieu-of Services - Annual Report 2024
HHSC must implement contract provisions allowing an MCO to offer their members certain medically appropriate, cost-effective, evidence-based services in lieu of mental health or substance use disorder services specified in the Medicaid State Plan.
Report on Mental Health Appropriations and Federal Matching Opportunities - 2024
Rider 43 requires HHSC to submit an annual report describing efforts by LMHAs and LBHAs to use general revenue funds appropriated for community mental health services, to the extent possible, to leverage and draw down additional federal funds through the 1115 Transformation Waiver or other federal matching opportunities.

HHSC is required to submit a report on the number of training provided in Mental Health First Aid to various described entities for fiscal year 2024.
Telemedicine, Teledentistry, Telehealth and Home Telemonitoring in Texas Medicaid - 2024
This report is required biennially to discuss the effects of telemedicine, teledentistry, telehealth and home telemonitoring services on the Texas Medicaid program including number of providers using these services, geographic disposition of these providers, the number of patients treated, the types of services provided, and the cost of utilization.
All Texas Access Report - Fiscal Year 2024
This report highlights the findings, data, and work put into the fiscal year 2024 priorities. It also provides the data for the four metrics identified by Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, Section 531.0222(e), estimated bed capacity, and gives an update for the various initiatives in each of the seven regional groups.
