The report provides information about the experiences of CRCGs in their efforts to provide a coordinated approach to service delivery for children, youth, adults, and families with multi-agency needs. This report also includes recommendations for policy and statutory changes at agencies that are involved in the provision of systems of care services and recommendations for the statewide expansion of sites participating in the Texas System of Care.

HHSC must submit a report on electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) annually to the Governor and presiding of each house of the Legislature as required by Health and Safety Code, Chapter 578, Section 578.008(b). The report includes a summary of data received from ECT treatment providers.

The Texas Statewide Behavioral Health Strategic Plan Progress Report is submitted in compliance with the 2020-2021 General Appropriations Act, House Bill (H.B.) 1, 86th Legislature, Regular Session, 2019 (Article IX, Section 10.04(c)). The report is prepared by the Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinating Council (SBHCC) and discusses progress and successes related to implementation of the Statewide Behavioral Health Strategic Plan.
