This report summarizes the transition of directed payment programs from the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. It also lists five recommendations for financial stability throughout the DSRIP transition.

MHFA is an evidence-based curriculum used to teach individuals how to help someone who may be developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. Health and Safety Code, Section 1001.205(b) requires HHSC to report data on the number of persons trained in MHFA and a detailed accounting of expenditures.

The Mental Health Condition and Substance Use Disorder (MHCSUD) Parity Work Group is required to submit a progress report each even-numbered year on September 1st to the appropriate legislative committees and state agencies.
