The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is required to submit an annual report on the Texas Nurse-Family Partnership Program as required under the Texas Human Resources Code Section 137.107. The report includes legislatively required information as well as program descriptions, funding, and provider information.
Rider 43 requires HHSC to submit an annual report describing efforts by LMHAs and LBHAs to use general revenue funds appropriated for community mental health services, to the extent possible, to leverage and draw down additional federal funds through the 1115 Transformation Waiver or other federal matching opportunities.
The quarterly report reflects activities and findings of the Data Analytics Unit.
The report requires HHSC to report on funds recouped from local authorities to the Legislative Budget Board
and the Governor by December 15, 2024.

HHSC is required to submit a report on the on state-funded prevention and early intervention programs and practices provided through Family Support Services as required by Texas Human Resources Code Section 137.059 and 137.257.
This report provides information on the expenditures of funds appropriated for children’s advocacy programs, including Children’s Advocacy Centers and Court Appointed Special Advocates, and data on client services for fiscal year 2024.
Rider 75(a) requires the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) to submit a report regarding the demographics of clients served and people on the Children with Special Health Care Needs Services Program waitlist to the Governor and Legislative Budget Board annually.
Rider 75(b) requires HHSC to submit a report regarding caseload and prescription drug data for the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program to the Governor and Legislative Budget Board annually.
The 2024 Thriving Texas Families (TTF) report includes: an introduction to the HHSC TTF program, the total number of TTF providers, total number of unduplicated clients served by each provider, a description of TTF outreach efforts by providers and HHSC, total expenditures by method of finance, total contract amounts by provider, and outcome measures included in contracts with providers.
