A legislative report is annually submitted by the PANS Advisory Council to the Legislature and Governor for recommendations on education, diagnosis and outreach concerning pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome.

The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston shall submit annual operating cost to the HHSC for all state contracted inpatient mental health hospital beds funded though Goal D, Additional Health Related Services, and Goal G, Facilities. This report is required biennially to discuss the effects of telemedicine, telehealth, and home telemonitoring services on the Texas Medicaid program including number of providers using these services, geographic disposition of these providers, the number of patients treated, the types of services provided, and the cost of utilization.

To assist community collaboratives that bring the public and private sectors together to provide services to persons with a mental illness or substance use disorder experiencing homeless and to help those persons achieve recovery and reintegration within their communities.

Texas Government Code, Section 531.153(a) requires permanency planning for Texas children with an intellectual or developmental disability under age 22 living in institutions.

The Texas Women’s Health Programs Report Fiscal Year 2023 provides a summary of program enrollment, service utilization, and cost savings for Healthy Texas Women, the Family Planning Program, and Breast and Cervical Cancer Services.

The seventeenth report with analysis of selected data related to pediatric acute care therapy services (including physical, occupational, and speech therapies) and assessment of impact on access to care.

HHSC shall evaluate compensation levels, turnover and vacancy rates and patterns, use of contractors and position type, and recruiting efforts at the state hospitals and state supported living centers.

The quarterly report reflects activities and findings of the Data Analytics Unit.

The report details the amount of COVID-19 related federal funds provided to nursing facilities and hospitals contracting with HHSC. This is the second report in a series of four reports.
