The Texas Cares program was created to improve accessibility to prescription drugs for Texans who are unable to access medication through insurance or other health care coverage. The insulin study report shows the program activities including evaluating implementation, researching population needs, and understanding the landscape of available resources for individuals who need insulin in Texas.

This presentation gives a brief implementation update on House Bill 18, which establishes the Texas Cares program.
