This report provides information on fiscal years 2020 and 2021 HHSC Family Violence Program expenditures and highlights HHSC-funded grantee successes in providing family violence services to positively impact the health and well-being of family violence survivors and their children.

The annual Children with Special Health Care Needs Client Services Data Report provides caseload data, prescription drug data, and forecast projections for the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) program.

The annual Children with Special Health Care Needs Client Demographics Report provides a demographic description of both the population served by the Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) program and of the individuals on the program’s waiting list.

HHSC studied the impact of rate increases for physicians on utilization of emergency room and emergency department (ED) visits, hospital admission volume, and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) stay length. HHSC found significant limitations and did not identify a direct or singular causal or correlated impact to support a rate increase as effective in a cost neutral manner or for producing savings within a biennial period.

Monthly report on the total hours the state EVV systems were unavailable, malfunctioning, or not accessible.

Annual evaluation and report on the Prescription Drug Rebate Program for health benefit programs administered by the Health and Human Services System: Texas Medicaid Program, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Kidney Health Care (KHC) Program, Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) Services Program, and the Healthy Texas Women (HTW) Program. The report summarizes the rebate outstanding principal and interest, age of receivables, and annual collection rates for the Prescription Drug Rebate program.

The quarterly report reflects activities and findings of the Data Analytics Unit.

Rider 52 requires HHSC to submit a report that provides information about actual annual expenditures from the previous fiscal year for all opioid-related programs at HHSC, DFPS and DSHS.

Report on the efficacy and efficiency of step-down services in diverting people from the state mental health hospital inpatient system into the community.

The Rider 58 Report provides information about the adequacy and efficacy of existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) infrastructure in Texas to determine state preparedness to comply with federal National Suicide Hotline Designation Act of 2020.
