The proposal links expenditures to strategies in the strategic plan to demonstrate how state appropriations will be used to further plan goals during fiscal year 2022. Strategic Plan goals, objectives, and strategies assist agencies and institutions of higher education with enhancing coordination, eliminating redundancy, and ensuring optimal service delivery.
