Written report to the Executive Commissioner on the State Medicaid Managed Care Advisory Committee activities and policy recommendations on the statewide implementation and operation of Medicaid managed care in 2022-2023.

This report is required biennially to discuss the effects of telemedicine, telehealth and home telemonitoring services on the Texas Medicaid program including number of providers using these services, geographic disposition of these providers, the number of patients treated, the types of services provided, and the cost of utilization.

This presentation provides an update on the implementation of House Bill 4 related to the provision and delivery of telemedicine and telehealth services.
