Biennially, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission presents a report to the public about the provision of services at state supported living centers.
The MOE Report contains the MOE information for each federal grant received by HHSC as of March 2024. MOE requirements mandate a level of financial effort a state must maintain for activities related to a specified public service.
This quarterly report reflects activities and findings of the Data Analytics Unit.
The coordinating council shall submit to the Executive Commissioner of HHSC for approval a coordinated statewide expenditure proposal for each agency.
The annual Kidney Health Care Program Report provides a description of benefits to eligible clients with end-stage renal disease and a discussion of expenditures and drug manufacturers rebates in fiscal year 2024.
The annual report includes data from fiscal years 2022 and 2023 on the use of funds appropriated in Strategy F.2.1, ILS, by the Centers for Independent Living (CILs), including the number of individuals served, breakdown of services provided, performance targets, and other information HHSC deems necessary to ensure accounting of the use of funds in Strategy F.2.1, ILS.
The report includes any temporary rate increases provided to nursing facilities related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Any facilities that do not provide information requested by the commission necessary to complete the report are identified in the report.
Agencies that provide employee housing shall report to the LBB annually: the estimated fair market rental value of housing supplied by the agency; and the amount of revenue (if any) recovered.
This report provides information on the expenditures of funds appropriated for children’s advocacy programs and data on contracts and client services for fiscal year 2023.
